Eligible refunds
- The template files are corrupted or undeliverable and we cannot resolve the issue within 7 days.
- The template is materially different from what was advertised on the product page.
- You contact us within 14 days of purchase with a specific issue.
Non-refundable
- Change of mind after download.
- Compatibility issues with custom hosting setups outside standard shared hosting.
- Difficulty customizing the template (we're happy to help via support).
